Pearlitol ProTec is a novel co-processed containing 80 percent mannitol and 20 percent starch excipient designed for the direct compression of moisture sensitive ingredients such as probiotics and vitamins. This product provides protection from tableting process, including compression and improves stability due to low-water activity.
