Compound of Lactose Monohydrate USP/NF, EP, JP, Microcrystalline Cellulose USP/NF, EP, JP and Maize Starch USP/NF, EP, JP

CombiLac is a co-processed, spray-dried excipient comprising of 70 percent  alpha-lactose monohydrate, 20 percent microcrystalline cellulose and 10 percent maize starch. This high functionality product exhibits improved compaction properties thereby providing robust tablets with minimal friability. This unique combination of brittle, plastic and elastic excipients ensure sufficient tablet tensile strength with quick disintegration independent of tablet hardness.
